A focused, well-scoped engagement: the in-house team is strong but heads-down on the release, and they need pipelines and observability brought up to production grade before launch day. Clear deliverables, sensible people, quick decision.

What it takes

• GitHub Actions or GitLab CI at scale
• Observability stack ownership — Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry
• Available at short notice
• Comfortable working async with a distributed team
